This weekend President Trump gave the order for our special forces to neutralize the founder and emir of ISIS, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. This precision military campaign was accomplished amidst the chaos in Northern Syria. Over 100 American personnel were involved. There were no American casualties.
This past week the “armchair quarterbacks” of Congress have been chastising and resisting our Commander-in-chief. They have criticized his every move as he commanded our troops in Syria and the Middle East. I am proud of our President for understanding the military mission to destroy the ISIS caliphate and never wavering from it, despite significant peer pressure from Congress, the progressive left and the fake media.
As your only governor candidate with experience as a military officer, I understand the serious responsibility of being Montana’s commander-in-chief. Montana law 10-3-305 states clearly the Governor of Montana is commander-in-chief of the militia and all other forces available on incident, emergency or disaster duty. As your next governor, I understand that my mission is to serve and protect the people of Montana. I will not hesitate, nor will I waver, to perform my duty in the face of any opposition or ridicule that I may encounter. Like President Trump, I will dare greatly to serve the people of Montana, and them alone.
May God Bless our Commander-in-chief, President Donald J. Trump.
May God Bless our military troops.
May God Bless Montana and the United States of America!
