    In 2022, against all odds, Dr. Al ran a fierce grassroots America First campaign and came breathtakingly close to defeating Ryan Zinke. Outspent by millions in out-of-state money and relentlessly slandered by the establishment, everyday Montanans poured out in droves to back a fighter who can’t be bought and will never stop standing up for our values in Washington. In that race, Dr. Al earned 39.7% of the vote to Zinke’s 41.7% — a razor-thin margin of just 1,674 votes.

    That near-upset proved one thing loud and clear:

    Montana voters value principled conservatism over establishment backing.

    We are done with politicians who can be bought. We are ready for a champion who will never sell us out.
